Back

I am at my most peaceful when
the walls are shushed by the darkness
who gently shields me from rule-drunk eyes

when the air conditioner can hum me lullabies
and dizziness is the best hammock
to soothe my daytime wounds

the burning sun births evil,
evil beings whose pleasure is to kill
the souls of those quiet and diaphonous

however the nighttime is never poisonous
cush matresses stay forever still
and silence holds no people
